- Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking passper unit). You may purchase onsite at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon to Fri 8 to 5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for thirty dollars per pass and wristbands are five dollars a piece (max 4 for this condo under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
